Ray Tintori is an avid student of movie magic who has recently turned his attention to the world of virtual reality. He’s applied his unique and unusual skills as a inventor of special effects solutions to this new storytelling medium to create visually inventive projects for Honda, Tiltbrush and GE.

Ray Tintori is quickly becoming one of the most exciting Virtual Reality directors in the Industry. His groundbreaking VR/360 projects for Google Tilt Brush, GE and Honda have helped establish him as a major force in this new medium. Most recently, he co-directed “Follow My Lead,” a groundbreaking VR documentary that chronicles the 2016 NBA Finals.

His breakthrough music video work for MGMT (“Time to Pretend,” “Electric Feel,” and “Kids”) catapulted Ray into high profile videos for The Killers, Chairlift and The Cool Kids. In 2009, his music video for Chairlift was nominated for Breakthrough Video at the MTV VMAs. He served as the VFX unit director on the Oscar-nominated film Beasts of the Southern Wild. In 2010, Ray was named to the Creativity 50.

Ray has made talked-about commercials for Intel, Johnsonville & ESPN. His hilarious Johnsonville Sausage spot was featured in Creativity, FastCompany and TIME.
