m ss ng p eces partnered with GE and Mirada to develop an interactive Virtual Reality experience that puts you at the center of the power plant of the future. The experience made its debut at GE’s fourth annual Minds & Machines conference in San Francisco and has been shown at multiple venues across the world.

The interactive VR demo unfolds over three scenes. A power plant, a futuristic kitchen and  a stunningly choreographed, immersive depiction of grid working and at optimal capacity. With the guiding voice of GE’s Predix technology, the user is able to seamlessly make choices and interact with their environment.

Ray Tintori is quickly becoming one of the most exciting Virtual Reality directors in the Industry. His groundbreaking VR/360 projects for Google Tilt Brush, GE and Honda have helped establish him as a major force in this new medium. Most recently, he co-directed “Follow My Lead,” a groundbreaking VR documentary that chronicles the 2016 NBA Finals.

His breakthrough music video work for MGMT (“Time to Pretend,” “Electric Feel,” and “Kids”) catapulted Ray into high profile videos for The Killers, Chairlift and The Cool Kids. In 2009, his music video for Chairlift was nominated for Breakthrough Video at the MTV VMAs. He served as the VFX unit director on the Oscar-nominated film Beasts of the Southern Wild. In 2010, Ray was named to the Creativity 50.

Ray has made talked-about commercials for Intel, Johnsonville & ESPN. His hilarious Johnsonville Sausage spot was featured in Creativity, FastCompany and TIME.
