We teamed up with 7Up to create two global television commercials – and corresponding digital vignettes – that feature original everyday personalities who exemplify 7up’s new “Feels Good To Be You” mantra.
The campaign seeks to highlight radical uniqueness in an interesting new way: rather than celebrity endorsements, the iconic lemon-lime soda wanted to profile individuals who are mold breaking nonconformists.
The second spot in the campaign is directed by Josh Nussbaum. It features animator extraordinaire Marty Cooper, better known as Hombre McSteez, who brings to life quirky, imaginative characters in the real world through a cell animation technique. The spots, which inspire 7Up lovers around the world to be their natural selves and do what they love, were seen in over 140 countries across the world.
