March for Our Lives “Thoughts & Prayers”

JJ Augustavo's "Thoughts and Prayers" PSA out of McCann New York was released following the 4-year anniversary of the first March for Our Lives in Washington DC, the largest youth-led protest since the Vietnam War. Just a week after the film premiered, the massacre in Uvalde, Texas occurred, with 21 people losing their lives, including 19 children. The film chronicles the installation on the National Mall which aimed to call out politicians who have failed to pass any legislation around gun control, despite continued atrocities in schools.
