Going for Coffee follows a barista and his customer-turned-friend—a special duo whose shared curiosity sparks a journey from Los Angeles to Colombia and Milan. Together, they trace coffee’s path from farm to cup, meeting the duos who shape it along the way: farmers and roasters, tradition and innovation, local connection and global flavors.

In Colombia, they walk side-by-side through lush fields, learning from those who handpick and process each bean. In Milan, they explore historic cafés and roasteries where art and science meet in every pour. The film captures the beauty of these pairings—sun and moon, origin and destination, craft and culture—reflecting the duality at the heart of Starbucks Milano Duetto: two roasts, Milano Sole and Milano Luna, each distinct yet in harmony.
