Director X’s brand clients include Mercedes, Tinder, Hyundai, Spotify, Foot Locker, eBay, GAP and Apple Music. He has also directed episodes of television series like Cross on Amazon Prime and National Geographic’s Genius: MLK/X. As a filmmaker, Director X debuted his first studio feature film for Sony Pictures, the action crime thriller Superfly, produced by the esteemed Joel Silver (The Matrix, Sherlock Holmes). As an artist, he has created installations for Toronto’s Nuit Blanche: Death of The Sun, which was also featured in Drake’s “Boy Meets World,” European tour and “Life of The Earth,” in collaboration with the Ontario Science Center.
Using his platform for social change, Director X founded Operation Prefrontal Cortex, an initiative to reduce Toronto’s gun violence through mindfulness and meditation. An insightful speaker, his talks cover creativity, innovation, wellness, and community and explain how bettering ourselves and those around us can ensure a more peaceful, compassionate world.
